Instructions
Prep
Pat 384g chicken breast cubes dry. Toss with 0.5 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Whisk melted butter with grated garlic and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
Crisp 1
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes. Arrange all 12 chicken cubes in single layer, spray lightly with oil. Air-fry 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 74°C (165°F).
Crisp 2
No second batch needed for this smaller quantity.
Finish
Transfer all hot bites to garlic butter bowl and toss thoroughly to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, toss again. Cool fully on a rack.
Plate
Portion 6 bites into each of 2 airtight containers. Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze up to 60 days. To reheat, air-fry at 180°C (350°F)—3 minutes from fridge, 7–9 minutes from frozen—until heated through and crisp. Serve with cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, or yogurt dip.
