Turkish Meatball Bread Boat
Turkish-spiced beef meatballs simmered in a cumin and paprika tomato sauce, tucked into a hollowed baguette boat and finished with melted mozzarella under the broiler. Built on ground beef, onion, and garlic, this open-faced sandwich is scooped and eaten with sauce soaking into the toasted crust beneath.
