Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings

Bone-in chicken wings dry-rubbed with smoked paprika, brown sugar and garlic powder, then slow-smoked over indirect heat until the skin renders and takes on wood smoke. The wings are tossed in a tangy tomato-based barbecue sauce and finished over higher heat to set the glaze. Served with extra sauce for dipping.
