Sweet and Sour Pork (High-Protein)

Cubed pork tenderloin and edamame folded into a cornstarch-dusted stir-fry with pan-fried tofu, bell pepper, pineapple, and onion in a tangy tomato-vinegar-sugar glaze. Pan-fried rather than deep-fried for a lighter crisp exterior, finished with sesame seeds. Served over steamed rice.
