Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Vegetables (Low-Calorie)

Korean-style stir-fried dangmyeon glass noodles with lean beef sirloin strips, spinach, carrot, mushroom, and onion in a light soy-sesame sauce. Reduced oil and sugar keep the dish lean while preserving the chewy noodle texture, savory glaze, and toasted sesame finish typical of japchae.
