Prep Heat oven to 220C/425F. Mix flour, baking powder, water, and oil into a stiff dough. Divide dough in half and roll each portion very thin on separate trays.

Sear Brown the sausage in a pan over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes, breaking into small crumbles, until cooked through.

Build Spread each dough portion with half the tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and sugar. Scatter over the sausage and crumbled Provel cheese, dividing evenly between the two trays.

Bake Bake at 220C/425F for 10–12 minutes until the bases are crisp and the cheese is fully melted.

Plate Rest 2 minutes, then cut each into small party squares and serve while hot and crisp.
