Prep
Drain and flake the canned tuna. In a medium bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, zest, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in flaked tuna, capers, dill, chives, and red onion; smash with a fork until combined but chunky. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Transfer smash to an airtight container, press cling film directly onto surface, and refrigerate up to 3 days until ready to serve.

Toast 1 slice wholemeal sourdough per serving. Scoop roughly 60g tuna smash onto each slice of bread. Serve with baby carrots, celery, or cucumber for crunch and fibre.
