Instructions
1
Prep
Pat 12 ham slices dry with kitchen paper. Beat 120g softened light cream cheese with 3 tbsp fresh dill, 3 tbsp fresh chives, and 0.5 tsp black pepper in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Pat 12 dill pickle spears dry.
2
Wrap
Lay one ham slice flat on a clean board. Spread roughly 1 tbsp herby cream cheese evenly over the slice. Place one dill pickle spear along one edge. Roll tightly from the pickle edge to form a cylinder, seam-side down. Repeat with remaining 11 slices.
3
Build
Arrange 6 roll-ups in a single layer in one flat airtight container and the remaining 6 in another. Press gently to settle. Refrigerate up to 2 days.
4
Plate
Remove containers from refrigerator. Arrange roll-ups on a serving board or plate with baby carrots, celery sticks, or sliced bell pepper alongside for colour and crunch.
