Sliced Beef Steak with Arugula (Low-Calorie)

Pan-seared beef sirloin fanned over peppery arugula with lemon juice, shaved Parmesan and olive oil. The steak is seared hard and rested before slicing thin, keeping the dish lean, bright and fresh in classic Italian tagliata style.
