Sichuan Grilled Fish (Keto)

White fish fillet grilled over high heat and bathed in a Sichuan chili-bean broth built from doubanjiang, dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns. Napa cabbage and bean sprouts simmer beneath the fish, finished with a sizzling ladle of scallion-and-garlic chili oil for a numbing, smoky, fat-forward plate.
