Sausage and Pepper Sandwich
A Greek-style sandwich built from grilled pork sausage layered into a crusty roll with sautéed bell peppers and onions, finished with a tangy yogurt sauce and dried oregano. The peppers soften into sweet ribbons while the sausage carries fennel and garlic notes.
