Spiced Rice with Ground Pork and Tomato

Ground pork simmered with tomatoes, onion, and warming Greek spices, folded through short-grain rice until the grains take on a rust-red color. Cinnamon, allspice, and oregano define the pan, finished with a squeeze of lemon and crumbled feta. Served warm as a weeknight one-pan plate.
