Puffy Tacos
A San Antonio Tex-Mex classic where masa tortillas are fried until they puff and blister, then folded into a shell. Filled with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, tomato, and grated cheddar. Topped with salsa for a crisp, hand-held taco built on hot, freshly fried masa.
