Baked Cheese Pie (Low-Calorie)

A light Greek baked cheese pie with whipped low-fat cottage cheese, feta, and egg layered between thin phyllo sheets brushed lightly with olive oil, then baked until crisp and golden. Tangy, creamy filling stays identifiably Greek in flavor. Served warm as a light lunch.
