A cold Italian sandwich built on a crusty ciabatta roll, layered with mortadella studded with pistachio, a smear of mascarpone, and scattered pistachios for crunch. Finished with arugula and a drizzle of olive oil, it delivers rich pork alongside peppery greens and creamy contrast.
