Mushroom Swiss Burger
A single ground beef patty seared on a griddle and topped with butter-sautéed cremini mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese, stacked on a toasted brioche bun with mayonnaise. The mushrooms cook down with thyme for a savory, earthy layer against the seared, crusted beef.
