Mixed Berry Yogurt Smoothie (High-Protein)

A thick blender smoothie built on Greek yogurt, mixed berries and whey protein, with cottage cheese and rolled oats for extra protein and fiber. Tart, cold and lightly sweetened with honey, it drinks more like a protein shake than a fruit juice.
