Grandma Pizza

Grandma pizza is a thin rectangular Sicilian-American pie baked in an oiled sheet pan until the base crisps in olive oil. Bread flour dough is pressed flat, dotted with fresh mozzarella and an uncooked crushed tomato and garlic sauce, then finished with grated pecorino and basil. Cut into squares and served hot from the pan.
