Prep Peel 2 medium oranges, segment, and remove pips. Measure 400g Greek yogurt, 500ml lactose-free milk, 80g rolled oats, 30g chia seeds, 20g ground flaxseed, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp orange zest, and 8–10 ice cubes.

Finish Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed 60–90 seconds until completely smooth and frothy. Check consistency; add a splash more milk if too thick, blend 10 seconds more until silky.
