Stir Fried Morning Glory With Garlic (Low-Calorie)
A quick Vietnamese stir-fry of water spinach tossed in a hot wok with garlic, soy sauce, and a touch of sugar for balance. The greens stay crisp-tender and glossy, seasoned simply so the vegetable's flavor leads. Served hot.
