Spiced Potato Patty Burger (Low-Calorie)

A pan-seared spiced potato and pea patty made with cumin and ginger, served open-faced on a toasted whole-wheat bun with mint-cilantro yogurt chutney, cucumber and tamarind drizzle. Shallow-fried in minimal oil rather than deep-fried, keeping this a lighter take on the classic Indian aloo tikki burger.
