Spiced Potato Patty Burger
A vegetarian burger built on a spiced mashed-potato and pea patty, seasoned with cumin, garam masala and green chili, pan-fried until crisp-edged. Served in a toasted bun with tamarind-mint chutney, sliced onion and cucumber, echoing Mumbai-style aloo tikki flavours in handheld form.
