Spam Musubi (High-Protein)

A Hawaiian snack of seared pork loin brushed with soy and sugar, layered over seasoned brown rice with edamame and a folded egg, wrapped in a nori band. The combination delivers high protein with brown rice and edamame adding fibre while maintaining the block-and-band musubi form and salty-sweet teriyaki glaze.
