Grilled Vegetable Platter with Olive Oil (Low-Calorie)

Zucchini, bell pepper, red onion and asparagus are char-grilled and finished with a light drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs. The vegetables caramelize over open flame, delivering smoky sweetness and bright acidity without heavy dressing, served warm as a simple French bistro-style vegetable plate.
