Grilled Spanish Sausage Skewer (Low-Calorie)

Grilled pork sausage skewers seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic, cooked over open flame with charred bell pepper and onion. Lean ground pork replaces fatty chorizo, cutting saturated fat while maintaining the smoky, paprika-forward Spanish flavour profile. Served with lemon and parsley.
