Grilled Pork Skewers (Low-Calorie)

Grilled pork tenderloin skewers seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic and lemon, threaded with bell pepper and onion, and cooked over an open flame until lightly charred. A lighter take on Spanish pinchos morunos, served with a wedge of lemon and scattered parsley, without the usual oil-heavy marinade.
