Grilled Beef Skewers (Low-Calorie)

Beef sirloin cubes marinated in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, threaded onto skewers with scallion and bell pepper, then grilled over high heat until charred at the edges. Lean sirloin and a light glaze keep the dish rich in savory flavor while trimmed of excess fat and sugar.
