Basil and Garlic Sauce Noodles (Low-Calorie)

A single portion of spaghetti tossed with garlic sautéed in a small amount of olive oil, fresh basil, a splash of starchy pasta water, and grated Parmesan. Lightened by cutting the oil and cheese back sharply while keeping the garlic-basil aroma that defines the dish, plated simply with black pepper.
