Korean Grilled Chicken Skewers (Low-Calorie)

Grilled chicken breast skewers marinated in a lightened gochujang-soy blend, threaded with onion and bell pepper, then charred over direct heat. Sesame oil is reduced and sugar swapped for a small honey hit, keeping smoky-sweet Korean flavour while trimming fat and calories. Served over lettuce with scallion and sesame seed garnish.
