Philly Cheesesteak Wrap (Keto)
Thin beef sirloin seared with onion and green bell pepper, folded through melted provolone, then rolled into a low-carb almond-flour tortilla. Garlic and black pepper season the filling while the cheese binds everything into a hot, hand-held wrap. Served warm straight from the pan.

Instructions
1
Prep
Slice the beef, onion and bell pepper thinly on a board, mince the garlic, and pat the beef dry so it browns.
2
Sear
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear the beef in a single layer 3 to 4 minutes until browned with no pink.
3
Saute
Push the beef aside and add the onion, pepper and garlic over medium heat, cooking 3 to 4 minutes until the onion is translucent and pepper softens.
4
Melt
Lower to medium-low, toss the beef through the vegetables, lay the provolone on top and cover 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese fully melts and coats.
5
Plate
Warm the tortilla briefly, spoon the cheesy beef down the centre, roll into a tight wrap, slice in half and serve warm.
