Grilled Meatball Wrap (Keto)
Grilled beef meatballs seasoned with cumin, paprika and parsley, wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves instead of flatbread with feta, cucumber and a garlic yogurt sauce. Warm spiced meat meets cool herbed yogurt for a Turkish-style handheld eaten with fingers, low-carb and high-fat by design.

Instructions
1
Prep
Grate the onion and mince the garlic and parsley. Combine ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt and black pepper; mix until evenly blended.
2
Rest
Cover the meat mixture and chill for 10 minutes to firm up.
3
Grill
Shape into 3 oblong kofta patties about 2 inches long. Brush with half the olive oil and grill over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and center reaches 160°F.
4
Plate
Lay lettuce leaves overlapping, top with diced cucumber and crumbled feta, place kofta patties on top. Whisk yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic and chopped mint together, drizzle over filling with remaining olive oil, fold lettuce around like a taco and serve seam-side down.
