Deep Fried Battered Chicken Curry Style (Keto)

Boneless chicken thigh pieces coated in a spiced almond-flour batter, deep fried until crisp, then simmered in a garam masala and tomato curry. Finished with cream for richness and cilantro, this keto version skips flour and rice, replacing carbs with almond flour and cauliflower rice.
