Soy Braised Eggs (High-Protein)
Soft-cooked eggs and paneer simmer in a soy, garlic, and ginger broth until deeply seasoned and lacquered, finished with scallion and sesame oil. Extra egg and cannellini beans lift the protein well past a standard version while cooking stays a quick, everyday weeknight braise.
