Minced Lamb Stuffed Flatbread (High-Protein)

A whole-wheat flatbread stuffed with spiced ground lamb, paneer and moong dal, pan-seared in ghee until crisp and golden. Onion, garlic, ginger, garam masala and fresh cilantro build a savoury filling, boosted with extra protein from paneer and lentils. Served with cooling yogurt for dipping.
