Korean Mixed Rice Bowl (High-Protein)

Korean-style rice bowl with seared beef sirloin and two fried eggs over short-grain rice, layered with sautéed spinach, carrot, and bean sprouts, finished with gochujang and sesame oil. Extra edamame boosts protein and fiber while maintaining the sweet-savory, sesame-forward flavor of traditional bibimbap.
