Grilled Lamb Skewers (High-Protein)
Char-grilled lamb leg skewers marinated in soy, ginger and Sichuan peppercorn, threaded with firm tofu for extra protein. Finished over coals with cumin and chili flakes, the skewers deliver a smoky, numbing-spiced crust and are served with black beans and scallions.

Instructions
1
Prep
Cut the lamb leg and tofu into 1-inch cubes; pat lamb dry with paper towel so the marinade grips.
2
Mix
In a bowl, toss lamb and tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, Sichuan peppercorn, and cumin. Marinate 45 minutes in the fridge.
3
Build
Thread marinated lamb and tofu alternately onto metal skewers, leaving space between pieces for even heat penetration.
4
Grill
Cook skewers on a grill over medium-high heat, turning every 2–3 minutes for 10–12 minutes until lamb edges char and centers show faint pink.
5
Finish
Toss black beans, scallion and sesame seeds together; slide skewers onto a plate and serve bean mix alongside.
