Honey Glazed Grilled Chicken Wings
Bone-in chicken wings marinated in fish sauce, garlic and honey, then grilled over direct heat until the skin blisters and chars. A final honey and fish sauce glaze brushed on builds a sticky, lacquered coating. Served with lime wedges and scallion.
