Grilled Cod with Sweet Miso Glaze

Pan-seared cod fillet lacquered in a sweet white miso glaze, finished under the broiler until caramelized and lightly charred at the edges. Served over steamed white rice with scallion and sesame seeds, the dish balances savory miso depth against mirin sweetness, a Japanese izakaya-style approach to firm, flaky white fish.
