Grilled Beef and Cheese Tacos
Grilled beef sirloin steak is charred over high direct heat, sliced thin, then folded into warm corn tortillas with melted queso Oaxaca, charred onion and jalapeno, and cilantro. Lime wedges and salsa finish the plate for a smoky, cheese-pulled taco built for eating with the hands.
