Beef Strip and Arugula Pizza
Thin-crust Italian pizza featuring seared beef sirloin strips, melted mozzarella, and garlic-infused olive oil base. The crust blisters and cheese browns in a hot oven. Finished with peppery arugula, shaved Parmesan, and a squeeze of lemon to cut the richness.

Instructions
1
Prep
Stretch pizza dough into a thin round on a floured pizza stone or baking sheet. Pat beef sirloin dry, season with salt and pepper.
2
Build
Brush dough with half the olive oil, scatter minced garlic over the surface, dot mozzarella evenly across, leaving a border for the crust.
3
Bake
Slide into a 480°F oven on the middle rack for 8 to 10 minutes until the crust blisters, cheese melts and browns at the edges.
4
Sear
Heat a skillet over high heat with the remaining olive oil. Sear beef strips 60 to 90 seconds per side until well browned and pink in center.
5
Plate
Remove pizza from oven, scatter arugula and beef strips over top, shave Parmesan over everything, drizzle with lemon juice, serve immediately.
