Herbed Lamb Burger
Ground lamb patty seasoned with rosemary, thyme, garlic and mint, seared in a skillet and set on a toasted brioche bun with goat cheese, arugula and a lemon-yogurt sauce. Rooted in French bistro burger technique, it balances the lamb's richness against fresh acidity and herbal lift.
