Grilled Trout with Ham
Pan-grilled trout fillet wrapped in serrano ham, finished with lemon juice and parsley over sautéed potatoes. The ham crisps against the fish while the trout stays moist inside, seasoned with olive oil, garlic and smoked paprika in the Spanish grill tradition.
