Grilled Marinated Pork Loin
Boneless pork loin steak marinated in garlic, smoked paprika, sherry vinegar and olive oil, then grilled over high heat until charred and juicy. Served with lemon and parsley. Rooted in Spanish adobo-style marinating traditions, the pork stays tender with a smoky, savory crust.
