Ground Pork Noodle Bowl

Ground pork simmers with garlic, ginger and doubanjiang into a savoury, slightly numbing sauce, tossed with wheat noodles and topped with scallion, cucumber ribbons and a drizzle of chili oil. The dish leans on fermented bean paste and Sichuan peppercorn for a deep, tingling, umami-rich profile.
