Grilled Tuna Steak with Herbs (Low-Chol)
A grilled tuna steak seasoned with lemon, garlic and fresh herbs, finished with a light drizzle of olive oil. Cooked hot and fast on the grill so the center stays moist and rare, this dish pairs the fish with a simple herb-tomato side and a lemon wedge.
