Grilled Tuna Rice Rolls
Seared tuna wrapped in nori and sushi rice, then briefly grilled for smoky char on the edges. Sliced into rounds and served with pickled daikon, scallion, toasted sesame seeds, and a soy-sesame dipping sauce, this Korean-style roll balances clean fish, toasted sesame, and gentle sweetness.
