Grilled Pork Rice Bowl

Grilled pork shoulder marinated in fish sauce, garlic, lemongrass and caramel-tinged sugar, sliced over steamed jasmine rice with pickled carrot and daikon, cucumber, herbs and a nuoc cham drizzle. Char from the grill defines the pork, balanced by the sharp-sweet-sour dressing and fresh crunch alongside.
