Grilled Pork Ribs with Wine Glaze

Bone-in pork ribs marinated in red wine, garlic and rosemary, then grilled over direct heat and finished with a reduced wine and honey glaze brushed on in the final minutes. Served with a lemon-dressed arugula side, the ribs carry a smoky char balanced against a sweet, acidic pan glaze.
