Grilled Fish with Chili Sauce
A white fish fillet is grilled over high heat and finished with a glossy Chinese-style chili sauce built on garlic, ginger, scallion and soy sauce. Charred skin and flaky flesh contrast with a hot-sweet-savoury glaze, served with steamed rice and scattered fresh cilantro.
