Raspberry Chia Smoothie

A breakfast-style smoothie built on chia seeds soaked to a gel then blended with raspberries, banana and Greek yogurt, finished with a scoop of whey protein isolate. Thick, tart-sweet and cold, it drinks like a dessert but delivers fiber, protein and omega-3s in one chilled glass, no cooking required.
